Teaching Philosophy:
Char has always loved studying the golf swing and the game of golf, but most of all, she loves to help people. Whether it is on the golf course or on a yoga mat, Char is passionate about finding the optimum way for each student to improve and elevate their enjoyment of the game.

When teaching golf, Char takes an interactive approach. She works with her students to understand their goals, their physical attributes and their mental approach to the game. She believes in providing students with sound fundamentals and from there, tailoring instruction to the individual so they can have a motion they will be able to trust and repeat.

While swing mechanics are of great importance, Char also recognizes the significance of rhythm, tempo, feel and learning to play the game. She believes the golf swing is a motion, rather than a series of positions and that it is key for her to observe and teach students while on the golf course.

Char feels it is essential to provide students with the physical and mental skills to play their best, have more fun, and be able to play for as long as they wish. Char conducts private coaching sessions, clinics, playing lessons, and yoga classes.

Teaching Philosophy:
Tasha takes to heart her responsibility to grow the game in as many ways as possible. She loves hearing from a student that she has made golf “simple”, “cool”, “pain-free”, and “fun”. It is so important that she represents the PGA with class and work hard at her craft to change the student’s golf experiences. It is critical to have the correct information but more importantly, convey it in a way the student can understand.

While Tasha understands various swing mechanics, she believes that the best way to keep a golfer engaged and improving is through creating the optimum "experience". Because golf is so much more than just swinging, this "experience" is an all-encompassing approach to the game combined with a fun, relaxed atmosphere.

Tasha's philosophy is to use her love of instruction, strong interpersonal skills, and background in Psychology to develop a rapport with each student, teach in as simple of a manner as possible, and determine how each student learns. She does not believe in one specific method but rather customizing each lesson to each student. Her teaching style could be defined as a holistic approach that is centered around the student’s needs. In order to teach simply, she feels she should remove more than add from a student’s swing. Tasha conducts private coaching sessions, clinics, playing lessons, and online lessons.
